Credits are unique units that allows more advanced features. Credits are exhausted by following means:
- For HQ and old models: The minutes portion of the audio file duration will be subtracted from your credit balance. For example, if the audiofile duration is 380 seconds (6:20 minutes), only 6 credits will be deducted.
- For Ensemble models: The minutes portion of the audio file duration multiplied by multiplier of the algorithm based on resource consumption (provided below) will be subtracted from your credit balance. For example, if the audiofile duration is 380 seconds (6:20 minutes), it will be multiplied to 4 resulting 1520 seconds (25:20 minutes) and 25 credits will be deducted.
- At least 1 credit will be consumed regardless how small the audiofile duration is.
If your credits count is more than 0, then you get the following advantages:
- High Priority in Queues. Your task will be processed faster.
- Increased limits. You can send files that are up to 1000MB (100MB for free plans) with the duration of up to 100 minutes (10 minutes for free plans).
- Increased concurrent job limits. You can queue up to 10 jobs (1 job for free plans) simultaneously.
- Usage of Ensemble models. Ensemble models are proven algorithms that utilize high amount of system resources to deliver high quality results.
Note that all features existed prior to introducing premium features will remain free.
