Return and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Credits made through the MVSEP website or mobile application ("Service").
Definitions
- Credits – Units purchased to unlock premium processing features.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date the Credits were issued.
To qualify for a full refund:
- The Credits must have been purchased within the last 14 days; and
- No more than five (5) processing jobs have been completed using those Credits.
A refund request may be submitted if:
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the Service; or
- The Service did not function as expected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless the purchase was made through a marketplace platform.
Marketplace Purchases

Apple App Store – Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple Support.

Google Play Store – Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies. Refund requests may be processed through Google Play, and approval is subject to Google’s billing rules.
Platform-specific rules may override this Refund Policy where required.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive usage beyond the stated limits, or violation of the Terms & Conditions.
