Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MVSEP ("Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when You use the website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.

The Service is operated by Sole Proprietor (YTT) "Elmurodov Olimjon Ermat o'g'li" ("Operator", "We", "Us", or "Our").

Jurisdiction

The Service is operated from Uzbekistan.

Definitions

  • Application refers to the MVSEP mobile applications.
  • Website refers to https://mvsep.com
  • Account means a registered user account.
  • Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Usage Data means technical or analytical data collected automatically during use of the Service.
  • Diagnostic Data means technical data collected for debugging, monitoring, abuse prevention, and security purposes.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

  • Email address
  • Account-related information associated with processing jobs
  • Push notification token

Device Information

  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • Application version
  • Language and regional settings

Push notification tokens may be associated with processing jobs and therefore indirectly linked to Your Account.

Push notifications are strictly transactional and service-related, including job completion notifications, account notifications, and operational updates.

We do not use push notifications for advertising, behavioral profiling, or third-party marketing.

Usage Data

  • IP address
  • Access timestamps
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Basic interaction and usage metrics

Diagnostic Data

In the event of technical issues, errors, abuse detection, or security incidents, We may collect:

  • Error messages
  • Crash reports
  • Stack traces
  • Application version information
  • Request metadata relevant to debugging or security analysis

Diagnostic Data is used solely for:

  • Debugging and troubleshooting
  • Security monitoring
  • Fraud and abuse prevention
  • Performance optimization
  • Service reliability and stability

Diagnostic and security logs may be retained for operational, security, legal, and infrastructure maintenance purposes.

Uploaded Content

Users may upload audio or other media files for processing.

Uploaded files are stored only to provide the functionality You requested — processing, delivering the result, queue management, and diagnosing technical or abuse problems — and are deleted on the schedule set out below.

We do not claim ownership of uploaded content or generated outputs.

We do not use uploaded audio or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models. Uploaded content is used only to produce the result You requested.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted automatically on a schedule:

  • the uploaded file as received: deleted after 1 day;
  • the working copy used for processing: deleted after 3 days;
  • generated outputs (separated stems and related files): deleted after 3 days;
  • the processing record, which includes the original file name and the submitting IP address: deleted after 3 days;
  • saved preset runs and their outputs: deleted after 3 days.

Deletion is performed by a scheduled task that runs once per day, so each period above should be read as the stated period plus up to 24 hours. Files may be retained longer only where a specific job has been marked for retention (for example while investigating a reported problem), or where required by law.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content.

Third-Party Services

Firebase Cloud Messaging

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging ("FCM") to deliver transactional push notifications.

Firebase may process:

  • Push notification tokens
  • Device identifiers
  • Technical delivery metadata

Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not use Firebase advertising, analytics profiling, or cross-app advertising identifiers for marketing purposes.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for DNS resolution and for the Turnstile challenge that protects our upload forms from automated abuse. Turnstile runs on pages containing a submission form and may process Your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction signals in order to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

Analytics

We use no third-party analytics. No analytics or advertising service receives information about Your visit, and nothing is reported to another company.

Our traffic statistics are compiled on our own servers from our own web server logs. What is kept is a daily count of how many times each page was requested and which external sites linked to us — no IP addresses, no visitor identifiers, and nothing stored on Your device.

Hosting

Uploaded content and generated outputs are stored on servers we operate at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, and on our server in Hong Kong for jobs submitted to that region. Separation itself is carried out by processing machines that retrieve the file from the server holding it; these machines are not all located within the European Economic Area.

Use of Personal Data

Personal Data may be used:

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To authenticate and manage user accounts
  • To process audio and media requests
  • To deliver transactional notifications
  • To maintain system security and abuse prevention
  • To monitor infrastructure reliability and performance
  • To comply with legal obligations

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, We process data under one or more of the following bases:

  • Performance of a contract (providing the Service)
  • Legitimate interests (security, debugging, fraud prevention)
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • User consent where required by law

Retention of Data

  • Account information may be retained while the account remains active.
  • Uploaded files, generated outputs and processing records are deleted automatically on the schedule set out under Uploaded Content above — 1 day for the file as received, and 3 days for the working copy, the outputs, the processing record and saved preset runs.
  • Certain technical, billing, or security-related records may be retained for operational and legal purposes.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of Your account by visiting:

https://mvsep.com/profile/show_delete_account_form

Upon verified deletion request:

  • Your account information will be deleted within a reasonable period;
  • Associated push notification tokens will be removed;
  • Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, billing records, or security purposes.

Disclosure of Data

Personal Data may be disclosed:

  • To infrastructure providers and service providers necessary for operation of the Service;
  • If required by law or valid legal process;
  • To protect rights, infrastructure, users, security systems, or public safety.

Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect Personal Data and uploaded content.

However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.

International Data Processing

Depending on infrastructure providers and delivery networks, data may be processed or transferred through systems located outside Your country of residence.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
