These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MVSEP website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by Sole Proprietor (YTT) "Elmurodov Olimjon Ermat o'g'li" (the "Operator").
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use the Service.
MVSEP provides cloud-based audio processing services and AI-powered tools, including but not limited to stem separation, enhancement, restoration, dereverberation, and related audio processing features. Certain features and processing capabilities require payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities performed under Your account.
Payments for Credits or other paid features may be processed through third-party payment providers, including app marketplace operators such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Prices, credit amounts, processing limits, and available features may change at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all applicable taxes, bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments made directly through the website are one-time and non-recurring.
By completing a purchase, You acknowledge that digital processing begins upon use of Credits and that refund eligibility is subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the Service, a processing job is considered delivered once it has completed.
A purchase of Credits is refundable in full if You ask within 14 days of the Credits being added to Your account and have completed no more than 5 processing jobs since that purchase. Outside those conditions a purchase is not refundable as a matter of course, except where required by applicable law. Credits consumed by a job that failed or produced a broken result are returned to Your balance regardless, and that is not treated as a refund.
The Refund Policy sets out how to request a refund and what happens once one is approved, and governs in the event of any inconsistency with this section.
For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, platform-specific refund policies apply.
You may upload audio or other media files for processing through the Service.
By uploading content, You represent and warrant that:
The Operator does not claim ownership over uploaded content or generated outputs.
You retain ownership of uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to applicable third-party rights.
The Operator is not responsible for uploaded content, generated outputs, or how such outputs are subsequently used.
All software, infrastructure, algorithms, branding, interfaces, website content, and design elements of the Service remain the intellectual property of the Operator or applicable licensors.
Processed outputs generated through the Service may be used commercially by You, provided You possess the necessary rights to the original submitted content.
The Service may utilize third-party or open-source technologies, models, or components subject to their respective licenses.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific processing speeds, processing accuracy, continuous uptime, or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, infrastructure failures, model limitations, or third-party service disruptions may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Operator shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, abuse of the Service, security concerns, or harmful activity affecting the platform or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
The website uses no third-party analytics. Traffic statistics are compiled on our own servers from our own web server logs. Pages with an upload form include a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors.
The mobile applications may use platform analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic services.
What each of these receives is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice.
The Operator may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
