2. Services
MVSEP offers AI-powered audio tools, including stem separation and enhancement. Some services require payment.
3. Payments
All payments are one-time and non-recurring unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with our existing Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
5. User Files
Users may upload audio files for processing. MVSEP stores these files temporarily to provide services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process the content.
6. Acceptable Use
- For unlawful purposes
- To distribute malicious software
- To infringe upon the rights of others
MVSEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, UI/UX designs, and branding on the site belong to MVSEP. Output (e.g. separated stems) may be used commercially by the user, provided the original content is not copyrighted by a third party.
8. Analytics
This site uses Yandex Metrica for analytics. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
MVSEP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the services, including data loss or third-party claims.
